was techno ever one of the best minecraft pvpers

Techno was one of the main figures who inspired me to learn minecraft pvp. At that the time, I believed from his achievements of winning minecraft monday, minecraft ultimate, the bedwars winstreak and beating dream that he was the best minecraft pvper. However, in my pursuit to improve, I came across people who seem unquestionably better than techno pvp wise across the board like luvonox, dewier, marlowww, sharpness and straight. on hindsight now, when I see him play, It seems the reason why he seems so good is not so much that he is good at pvp or(frankly gamesense) and moreso that his content creator opponents /people on hypixel are just infinitely worse than he is. So for ppl who watch techno do you guys think he was one of the best and if so why?( also p.s this is not a hate post against techno i still find him to be extremely funny and entertaining)
