TEC Advanced Courses and Accommodation help

hey i will be at the TEC in monterrey for an exchange semester starting next semester. I am still looking for accommodation. Can anyone help me where I can find one?

also, i wanted to focus on politics /humnities in the semester but i'm not sure if it makes sense to choose advanced courses if the courses build on each other. Is there any Mexico or TEC monterrey specific knowledge or skills needed for the advanced courses? I am in the 5th semester Politics,Humanisties, Economics and should be capable to handle the usual academic stuff. But sometimes universities lay a focus of certain theories e.g my university on System Theory is there something like that at TEC?
