New patch fast 9

I was boosting so hard previous patch by fast 9,10 but in this recent patch something feels wrong. Last few games were awful and I lost by 8th place a lot. What is different in this patch? I don’t see particular big changes except some nerf and buff. I hit level 9 in 4-7 and just dead a lot. Note: I’m not a pro so any suggestions are appreciated.
