What Is Your School's Current Conspiracy Theory?

After working in education for the last few years, I've come to realize that just about every school has at least one conspiracy theory floating around. One floating around my building at the moment is that our third-party HR management company must be a front for money laundering or some kind of illegal activity, because none of them seem to actually know how to work in HR and the company is completely incompetent but somehow still manages to stick around.
