Where is the Tau codex???

Hey guys, does anyone know when the Tau codex is going to get it's full release in stores and digitally? I just saw today that codex Orks and Adeptus Custodes just got added to GW's offical Warhammer 40k army building app but Tau is still using the index!

Is my app just broken and everything else has been able to use the new Tau codex rules this whole time?
