T5 and above?!?

Some crazy dude in my guild has been recently bringing up the fact that T5 - 8 heroes are being released. Which he apparently found on TapTap's facebook and some other official site. He is asian, so it may be location blocked because I personally have not seen anything. He has also mentioned a number of other crazy updates. I was just curious if anyone here has heard about any of this.
