Primary Care Physician Recs?

So, long story short, I am a neurospicy mess of chronic ailments strung together by tenacity and spite. My family history is catching up with me and I need to get evaluated for possible gout.

I should make an appointment with my PCP but they never have appointments and always make me go to urgent care. Or specialists, and oh, I see so many of them.

I know there's a ton of PCP shortages and new patient appointments are forever and a day, but I'm willing to wait for the right fit. Or one I can see regularly.

Is there a decent PCP in town that does have scheduling availability, is willing to talk to and listen to their patients, and doesn't mind if I have questions?

My insurance is CHP.
