GM sleeps with guests
Any thoughts/opinions on this? I worked in a hotel that had a contract with Union Pacific railroad. We had railroad workers coming and going 24/7. I found out from another employee that our GM had slept with at least 3 UP guys. It was later confirmed by another UP guy (not one she had slept with) that she had, in fact, slept with these railroad guys. Fraternization is always a big no no when working in a hotel - of course it happens though. Shouldn’t a GM have a higher set of “standards” if you will?
Just a couple things to add… I don’t work at this hotel and haven’t for a few years. And this situation doesn’t bother me or upset me - was just curious what other’s opinion were. I guess my only issue would be - when I got hired there I had to sign a 2 page fraternization policy. So - how can a GM enforce this policy when she doesn’t even follow it?!
