BRAKE! BRAKE! feature

I’m too lazy to read official documentation and too scared to really test it out, but just noticed that when the truck is beeping (usually someone turning in front of me, but it seems that the brakes get really touchy when I barely tap them.

Will the vehicle “auto stop” if I was just completely caught off guard?
