Confused about Dupixent in relation to TSW?

Hey all, lurker, first post.

I've been using topical steroids since preschool - Desoximetasone for most of my life, with Betamethasone, Fluticasone, and Alclometasone in there for good measure. Derms REALLY wanted me to be that addicted cash cow they and the pharma industry love so much, don't they?!

I'm fully bought into the concept of TSW, and Desoximetasone has stopped being as effective as it once was. I found a few workarounds like cleaning my living space a ton and the such that have effectively stopped working. I'm still taking it, as I'm a bit of a wimp to start the detox process and have the ooze, burning, and self-hatred I know is coming, but I know it will eventually become my only option.

I just got my Dupixent prescription. Planning on taking the injections later today. Seen a lot of posts about Dupixent but nothing that really gives an overall understanding of how it is installed in relation to TSW.

My question is... If I wanted to start Dupixent as part of a steroid detox journey, what would that look like? How should I go about doing it? What sort of symptoms can I expect? What supplemental medicines do you suggest? Is any of the NMT stuff worthwhile as part of this?
