Could this be an infection FBO

I noticed and I keep forgetting to upload this thread but in school (8th grade) around 3 months ago I got FBO I noticed when I Got to class late when my mom dropped me off I entered class and I walked by some people and they just stared at me with a sour face lmao and the whole class started too aswell and my friend ask me “did you shit yourself dude?” And I said no and he told me I smelt like shit. it had calmed down weeks ongoing in the school year and I am not sure if it’s gone because on the last week of school no boys smelt it but 2 girls said “it’s stinks” I’m not sure if it was me but I ask like 3 people and they said I don’t BUT TO THE INFECTION PART In 4 classes 2 girls also had a trail of smell like feces or fart like aswell everybody noticed so 1 of the girl started sitting in the corner of the class and like 6 weeks her FBO was gone I didn’t smell it anymore and the 2nd girl I had also smell a trail of feces daily for like 2 weeks on her then hers went away. And my friend he’s a boy he had a day where he was walking around and people around him started saying”sombody shit them selves” or “sombody farted” I am really thinking could this all be a disease or infection this isn’t TMAU it’s FBO (fecal body odor) I am 80/100% sure my smell is gone but if anybody has any infection or disease that could’ve caused this please let me know in the comments 🙏
