Why the move between accounts? A theory.

Okay so could this be a move to take the company private? Hear me out.

If GameStop goes private what happens? From my understanding there would be a vote. The sale would occur, and shareholders get a portion of that sale.

Okay but then what if. GameStop then goes PUBLIC again? But except this time, on a blockchain stock market. Who gets first buy in? The original shareholders from when it was previously public.
