What to do with old suicide notes?

Compile them into one big one for when I finally do it right? I didn’t want to die, I wanted to get out of a terrible shitty situation. But I have no choice now. The pain is too much. I have many suicide notes from before. All those words are mine but I don’t know if the old ones matter as much as the final one
