Updated save plan guidance

I'm checking on this with the feds and will update the stickied post later today.

So the big takeaway is that those due for forgiveness in icr..save...paye...will be out in forbearance until the litigation is done. Ibr borrowers can get forgiveness when the time comes. Borrowers on save..icr and paye can choose to switch to ibr if eligible and if they hit the forgiveness timeline will get forgiveness without having to wait for the litigation to conclude.

This does not affect pslf forgiveness.

If you are in save the forbearances still don't count for pslf or IDR forgiveness. Pslf borrowers can also switch to ibr if they choose rather than awaiting buy back. But the payment will likely be higher than it would be on save.
