TPD Application Process

I had submitted my application late August. When creating my disabilityDischarge account on disability website they had Nelnet put a TPD admin forb on my account for 120 days while they process application. Shortly after this I got a email stating my application was received and on the disability site it said under review.

As of today (9/10) the disability site still says under review but I noticed on Nelnet it has changed from the original 120 day admin tpd forbearance to Indefinite TPD admin Forbearance and the date is no longer december 2024 instead September of 2027.

Does this mean that I have entered the 3 year monitoring period? is the disability website just slower to update or are they waiting for nelnet for an update? Whats the difference between the 120 day tpd admin forbearance and the "INDEFINITE TPD ADMIN FORB"?
