14g to 12g septum one month

Hey guys!

I got my septum pierced at 16g on jun 20, 2024 and stretched to 14g on dec 24, 2024, a full 6 months after (piercer said 5 months). Stretch just stung a bit but went in fine and only hurt/was sore to the touch for a few days.

Now my question is would it be crazy/ dangerous to switch to 12g next month? My nose feels normal, doesn't hurt, no runiness (besides due to the cold weather lol), and I can flip the ring up and down with 0 pain. I'm aware im being a bit impatient but would it be dangerous to size to 12g in February and then wait a few months for 10g?
