Someone explain to me how Kimberly's pressure is "fake"?

Hello,

Very often I see Kimberly mains saying their character has fake pressure and you can just jab a lot of her strings. But what strings? Every time I tried mashing against a Kimberly in different part of her strings I always get counterhit, and she has a real strike throw game as well. I'm so confused, I'm around 1700 mr right now and whenever I face one I get legit steamrolled when I'm on defense.

Can a Kimberly main explain to me what is something I shouldn't let her get away and what I should respect? The only thing I can check for sure is jabbing her smoke thing, but that's whatever since they don't heavily rely on that.
