My First Ultra

Turned 30 in August last year and signed up for an ultra with a few 5 and 10km runs under my belt not really knowing the extent of the mountain of training I had just signed myself up for.

This Saturday just gone I actually managed to make it to the finish in one piece and with a massive smile on my face that has yet to fade.

I am absolutely hooked and can’t wait to throw myself into something like that again!
