After Kaladin, Who Is The Most Skilled Knight Radiant Fighter?

After finishing RoW, I have been curious specifically about the fighting prowess of the new orders of knights radiant. At the beginning of RoW, it seemed established that the Windrunners are the main radiant fighting force, and that Kaladin is far and away the best fighter of all of the knights radiant. Especially with Kaladin now taking a primarily non-combat oriented role I want to know who is considered the next best fighter in the knights radiant. For example, assuming Kaladin isn't available, who would be the next knight up who could be depended on to win a high stakes fight against a Fused or an invested Ghostblood or other such skilled opponents? I suppose maybe Dalinar, but that feels like cheating since he's primarily in a non-combat role.
