Need advice on increasing SIP amount
Hi fellow redditors. Here is my current SIP portfolio. I'm gonna get a yearly bonus in January's paycheck, out of which I plan to invest 2.4L. To do that I'm thinking of letting the money stay in my account and increasing my SIP by 20K so that it gets invested over the year in 12 installments.
Is this strategy beneficial?
Now, if I go this route, I have 2 options, start 20K SIP in a new fund OR distribute 20K among the currently active SIPs, what would be best? I was thinking of adding some US market based MF or ETF to my portfolio, so I could also invest 20K per month in that.
Looking for advice! Cheers!
