Help me understand my next steps.

This is my entire portfolio, and it had always been green since I started investing. However, it has been in the red for more than a month now, and I am worried about making a huge loss. Can someone guide me on what I should do in this situation?

I don't need this money immediately, meaning my life doesn't depend on it. Should I sell? Should I invest more (I have approximately 50k cash available)? Or should I just hold and not take any action?
