Are Councilor Skills Useless to Gestalt Consciousness Empires?
First time back to the game in a few years, and I picked up this delightful bot, stacked to the gills with nice empire wide perks.
But I'm playing Gestalt. I have no councilor positions to move him into. I'd happily kill my current leader and replace him, but I don't know if that's even possible to re-assign the position, even with console commands.
Is there anything I can do here? Or is he just dead weight due to my empire being gestalt?
