Heard nothing but great things about Zaavi but not what I got….

As mentioned in the title have heard nothing but, great things about Zaavi and their shipping of steelbooks to the U.S. But, the steelbook goonies shown above is not what I got. I am pretty sure these are two significant scratches on the front of the steelbook and it’s still in the shrink wrap. If I slide my fingers over them I can literally feel them! wtf!
