Etched vs glossy steam deck oled

I'm a bit undecided on the two screens (no surprise there)

But mostly because of longevity.

I figure it's easier to put a screen protector into the glossy glass, however I don't think you can put a protector at all on the other?

Has anyone has any issues with scratches or micro scratches on their steam decks with the etched version?

What's everyone's preference?

I'm interested in glossy but I realise the glare is more annoying than not
