Sharktank funded startup YesMadam fired employees for being stressed
Totally absurd. The start-up YesMadam has horrible culture. It conducted a stress survey and people who were stressed were fired.
How to make your office stress free? remove the stressed people.
Labour laws are a joke in our country...
No one would be comfortable bringing up any employee issue in this organisation now.
Edit: In another view, Looking at their 4+ rating on Glassdoor and Ambitonbox, I think this could be another BS PR campaign, and if it is so then its a cheap campaign. Sick of such PR Stunts.
