Random Glitch + Not Responding

Hello,

Recently I started having a problem with my game. All of a sudden, whenever I click on any of my save logs, I walk into a building (namely the farm when I go to sleep), the screen brings me back to this glitched out start screen and then says "not responsive" to which I have to wait about two minutes for it to go back to where I was.

I don't know why this started happening. I didn't download any new mods. I have Ridgside and Expanded installed and it wasn't causing problems before this along side the other mods I have.

My game is sort of unplayable now as I keep running into this. I have the latest error log but I don't know how to put it on here.
