Outlaws is criminally underrated
Edit: forgot no fun and claims of excitement were allowed on Reddit, my bad guys
TL;DR - Finally picked up Outlaws (PS5). Game kicks so much ass. Screw the reviewers. Play it. Well worth its full price.
Also Nix > BD, fight me.
I've been burned enough by crappy, buggy messes on release so I waited til just this week to pick up Outlaws and finally give it a shot.
Not sure at all why this game has mid reviews(!?!?).
This is the most fun I've had in a Star Wars game in ages. More fun than the Jedi games. Not a comparison- but I get some of that same open world exploratory vibe I used to get with Star Wars Galaxies. I don't wanna stop playing, I don't get bored, I wanna keep exploring!
These days I usually just play through the story for RPGs and don't care about side missions, but I am so bought into everything here.
There's incredible detail put into the worlds. The reputation system is a fun little twist.
Shoutout to the Massive team for putting this together.
