What is everyone doing with their Stanley cups where leaking is a problem?

Edit since people still read this post: it is an expensive cup. If you want a leakproof vessel, buy an expensive water bottle equipped with leakproof features. Don’t buy a cup and be surprised it’s not a bottle.

I am not hating, I just genuinely do not understand why I see so many reviews on Amazon about the leakage of the cup. It's obviously not a sealed water bottle, if you turn it upside down liquid will come out of the straw and some of the vents/openings. However, carrying it by the handle doesn't make it leak, normal usage doesn't make it leak. I've overfilled it while carrying it and it didn't even leak then, but I'm not making it do somersaults on a daily basis. What are people doing and what do people expect out of its performance to make them surprised that this thing is not absolutely airtight
