LSF Fake?

I bought this on eBay before realizing there’s not a picture of the bottom. I’m new here, and now I think it might be fake. It looks like there may be room between the cup and the lid. Anyway, please weigh in. That way, I can let the disappointment roll over me now as opposed to when I open the box 😑
