Is there a way to spectate during custom games?

I'd really love to spectate as i watch a 1v1 or 2v2 between my tanks. Unfortunstly, 99% of the time, if I get two fairly equal tanks to fight, the deciding factor will be the team I am playing for.

The only way to ensure I don't win a disproportionate amount is to make my opponants a fair bit better in terms of tank armour and guns etc...
