Hellcat Pro w Viridian RFX11 issue

Optic came with the hellcat as part of a package. I have not historically used optics on pistols, but I am going blind in my old age and, when it holds the zero, this thing helps me shoot like i was younger and could see the end of my nose again.

Problem:

The actual optic itself is not lose, I carry daily but am conscious of the optic and dont throw the gun around. How does this green dot migrate so much? It isnt like its slightly off on week 2, slightly more so on week 3 then way off on week 4. Tends to follow a patter of; week 3 was normal and week four is like i am blind again and way off. I cant imagine this is typical of all optics (remember, new to optics on pistols but not rifles) but I am not sure can trust it if I need it right now (yes it allows for cowittness). if it is me, then I can fix it. if there is a step up in quality I need to make then I can fix that too.

Process:

I use a laser round to get the green dot aligned with the laser on a target, then go to range to zero it in further if needed (historically, that silly laser bullet thingy is pretty damn good at zeroing the optic.)

Runs great for a month on weekly trips to the range, but then in a random trip, I am off bad to the left or miles high. I go home, throw the laser round in and sure shit, the green dot is far to the left or very high of the laser dot as I suspected. I fix it, go to range rinse and repeat and 3-6 weeks later, I am way off again.
