How are you aiming?

Kinda click bait. I’m getting super into Speedsoft. Noticing no one in the NSL is running a red dot for the rifle setups, which I get. Another thing to get you hit and out. But how are speedsters aiming their speed rifles? Are there built in iron sights? Or is it literally they’re that used to the speed and range of the gun that they can just point and shoot?
