Employment lawyer consultation
I’m doing it, I have an appointment for a consultation scheduled. Does anyone here have any experience with suing employers like spark who engage in illegal practices such as tip baiting which essentially cause workers to be working for less than minimum wage?
I know you all here already know exactly why I’m pursuing this and I’m sure many of you will laugh and scoff but I’m just at THE point where I’m done rolling over and taking it up the ass, and I’m also done with walking away after being abused like this because “oh well what can I do”.
I walked away from Amazon flex for their abusive policies as well and missed out on the class action lawsuit. I’m not doing that again.
We all know a class action lawsuit is coming for spark , for this exact reason, and I want to be one of the many who fuck them up and get what’s owed to me.
