Something I've been tracking for a while just for fun but maybe useful to some, cities that are actively recruiting drivers available to you in map form:
This indicates a shortage of drivers, possibly better or more incentives. But keep in mind there are areas where spark struggles to keep drivers engaged because there is no order volume so don't drive out of your way to check another zone out.
