Delayed 3 times, missed two connections, sat next to an drunk homeless man and only given 100$.

This has to be one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with Southwest. On a flight from Chicago two weeks ago my flight was delayed over two hours, causing me to miss two connections in Denver. Upon arriving to Denver, my only option was to wait another six hours so rebooked on a flight to San Francisco. But was then given the wrong gate number and barely made it onto the flight as the last person. Once on the plane, I was seated next to someone who was either intoxicated or on drugs, and kept staring at me shaking and at one point yelled Mayday as we began our descent.

Long story short I arrived home almost 10 hours after I was originally supposed to arrive and have been battling with customer service for the last two weeks and all I received was a measly $100 love voucher. I ended up flying into a completely different airport and that doesn’t even cover the Uber ride I had to take home.

Southwest used to be my favorite airline and after this, I don’t think I will everfly it again.
