Yesterday, i asked for help with Carl's starter. Today...

I baked a loaf! Thank you to everyone for the help. I ended up just feeding it and I put it back in the cabinet. It wasn't doing a lot visually but the whole house smelled like bread/yeast. And the. I checked it after dinner and it had like exploded in activity and was nearly trippled. So, i thought I'd try my hand at a loaf.

I do see a bit of a gummy line as i cut more towards the middle. And its hard to cut through the crust, so I'll keep practicing and learning. It's really tasty though!
