Annoying on and off ANC

I recently bought WH-1000XM5 from a Sony physical store last November 11. This is my second time using the headphones and the ANC and music keeps turning off even if my hair is all tied up, my head not moving, and not touching anything on my phone. It's getting annoying.

Latest update has been downloaded. Prioritized bluetooth connectivity over sound on sound connect app.

Is it really like this or my headphones malfunctioning?
