State payment

So I receive both SSI and social security with a total of two payments all together, but I always receive a state payment as well in my case, on my bank statements it’s listed as “state of Wisconsin” I’ve received this type of payment every month for the past couple years. What could this be from/why do I receive it? Whenever I try to look it up, all that shows up is information about SSI and social security.
