Who else is chronically fatigued?

I've had constant sinus pressure and inflammation for the past couple years, but surprisingly not much mucus. I've also had chronic fatigue during this period which I believe might be because of my sinus issues. I never wake up feeling refreshed and I always have low energy all day every day, but I never nap/doze off.

I have had a sleep study done and tons of blood work, but it always comes back fine.
