Question for Architect Simmers!!

I saw someone post on here or somewhere that they got into an M.Arch (Masters of Architecture) program using a portfolio of photos of their sims builds. Does anyone else have any experience in this or in general with using the Sims as an architectural software??? Im so curious since I know there are some incredibly talented builders!!
