Actually functional Businesses

My dream of running a Functional Luxury Hotel alongside a Wellness Center has been shattered. So, what are the actual functional businesses?

So far, apart from what EA has shown, I am confident that below are functioning as they should: - Cafe - Laundromat - Daycare (No same kids everyday though) - Movie Theatre - Arcade - Gym/Spa
