was this movie adapted from the manga

Later this night i found this awesome fanart of this character (pic2) that i instantly noticed the shin chan artstyle (not only that i somehow recognized the women herself). After a bit of searching, i found out the woman is Lulu Lu Lulu from the Buri Buri Kingdom movie.

As i mentioned earlier, i instantly recognized that exact model of Lulu the moment i saw the fanart (with the exact pose, gorgeous dress, hairstyle and fans???). It was a weird moment, almost like a "i didn't know i still got this memory" thingy, probably i had a crush on her at that time lol. Still, i knew her, and i have possibly read the whole Buri Buri thing.

The funny thing is that, i can only find the movie version of this movie(???). As far as i remember, i have only read the manga and special volumes (the colored one iirc), never touched the animated series and movies. Maybe i'm wrong, cause the last time i followed this series was almost 10 years ago.

I'm happy to be prove wrong, but if this movie was actually adapted from the manga, can someone please find the exact volume/chapter for me?

Ps: Is this movie is about finding treasure(???) or something, and the last scene was the whole shin family and friend escaping the collapsing pyramid(???) with Lulu wearing the duck costume boat(??????). I have zero idea what just came out of my mind, please someone correct me if anything below belongs to the movie, cause that clusterfuck of mine might belong to a whole different series (doraemon or sth).

If its not my mid 20s brain might have some problem, but if its true, then im going in a correct path. Ty yall for reading all of this yapping of mine lol
