Purple room: was it teased on Season 1?

The purple room Mark runs along with on Season 2 senak peek, I think we were here before. On Season 1 Episode 5, Mark visits it with Helly. It has the same amount of desks but they’re covered. You can slightly see it’s colores purple because the light is cold and they hid it pretty well.

Maybe it’s a new department we’ll get to know in Season 2? Or some meaning to blue + red = purple, conceptually?
