Like what wtf am I supposed to do?

So our restaurant has a grand piano for customers who know how to play and it has the auto play function so usually we would just let it play itself as background music.

Today there’s a table with several kids not only they were noisy as hell one of their kids just kept smashing the piano and created extremely unpleasant noise. Shortly after one of the tables complained about the noise so I went to them and POLITELY asked them to keep the noise down.

Their mom came to blame us for not allowing her kid to “play” with the piano and left the restaurant. And now she left a one star review just because of this nonsense.
