Need help with AMD Raedon 5700 GPU and Object Detection

Trying to follow the guides out there but struggling. Right now ONNX and OpenVino are using my CPU. Would love to get my Raedon 5700 into the mix. Any guides to follow or instructions someone can hook me up with? I have the HIP SDK installed.
