Nysed ppl provisional certification help!

I know that NYC is hiring a bunch of school social workers at this time but NYSED is also taking a long time to process applications for provisional certificates. They are quoting 16 weeks once your application is under review and it is making me wonder if I’ll even be able to get hired for Fall of 2021. I finally am now ready for review but they are still missing my undergraduate transcripts that they haven’t opened yet and they are still showing as unmet for my college supervised internship. How does that work for social workers getting the certification? Is our graduate school transcript suffice to prove supervised internship or would I have to submit some other form of paperwork to show I received field work during graduate school? Also are they really taking 16 weeks to process these certification applications? Also has anyone just reached out to school principals in the district they are interested in? I’d love to hear other ways besides waiting fir the certificate to be put on new teacher portal.
