Therapeutic Classroom SW rant

Hi all, I know a few of you are working in therapeutic classrooms/schools. And I'm hoping you can give me some perspective. I recently became aware that I will be co teaching 3 hours/day and 1-1.5 hours/day direct instruction with our students. So 4-4.5 hours instructing total. With my lunch and other duties, I have maybe 2 hours/day to do my other job duties which include crisis response, wraparound supports for families, and BIP checks. I've been scrambling to put together lessons the past week since I was told they don't want to buy us anything else. Finally have enough to get me through winter break but haven't gotten 1:1 instruction lessons together yet. I'm feeling like this isn't sustainable but it's new and I'm hoping for some insights from you all! Curious what other people's schedules are like.
