Does anyone remember the name of that fried chicken place on Nielson and Ellesmere?

It was in the same plaza as Dollarama/Tim Hortons/Wendys?

I believe several different people tried to make a restaurant work in that location and it changed hands a bunch of times. Does anyone remember the names of those restaurants?
