Go-notes.com is a scam artist and you can't even get your money back please becareful !!!!

I SAW a add on Instagram selling digital notes for nursing students. I thought it would be helpful because it seems very well organized. So i decided to make a purchase without hesitation then they sent me a email back with a link that doesn't open . I contacted them several times no answer no where to contact them
So I decided to contact the bank But the bank stated the go notes sent proof that they sent me the digital file . ........

I really can't understand this anyone can send email and state they sent a download file and don't

This isn't much money but I feel so upset and I'm hoping Noone falls for this scam.
