Got a Civil suit scam

Got a call about a supposed Civil suit. From a so called mediator company. Can't find the company and they say they got the complaint from with in the office. The voice doesn't sound automated and he gave a name and they have the last 4 of my social. Guess my question is out a scam? I'm sure it is but just want to be positive.
